A matte painting that I wanted to do as a personal project as a bit of a homage to Ghost in the Shell. This was developed as an animated/3D matte painting – the video will be along shortly.
Approximately 12 hours to complete the project (matte painting, 3D projections and compositing) for final 5 second video. As a result, it's by no means perfect, but as an excercise in projections it turned out quite well.
